Vision

Supporting women's creative work
Created in 1998 by Judith Milgrom, Maje celebrates a radiant and confident femininity. With this in mind, the brand highlights emerging female creative talent through artistic collaborations, mentoring and support for associations. A commitment that makes female empowerment central to its identity.

Rêv'Elles: supporting women's development

Since 2024, Maje has supported the Rêv'Elles association, whose mission is to inspire and support young women in their personal and professional development. It is a partnership that reflects the brand's commitment to female empowerment.

With Rêv'Elles, Maje is actively involved in a number of practical initiatives. During mentoring sessions, two of the brand's employees mentor multiple participants. Maje also participates in the RVL Ton Potentiel jury to assess talent and support applications. During the RVL Moi Maje day, fifteen employees take part in support and mentoring events.

Together, Maje and Rêv'Elles share the same vision: opening up professional possibilities and encouraging the emancipation of young women through mutual support.
