At this time, orders placed online must be returned to maje.com. We do not accept online returns at Maje stores.

TO BEGIN A RETURN REQUEST WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
- Full-priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the ship date.
- Sale merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY when returned within 14 days of the ship date, unless specified as Final Sale (no returns, or exchanges).
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in it’s original condition.
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- Upon the receipt of returned goods, us.maje.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.
- An $8.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing of returned items, upon receipt.
Sales TaxMaje.com charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Illinois, where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. This is subject to change as we open new stores.

Maje.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. International shipping is currently only available to Canada from Maje.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Tracking Your OrderYou can check the status of your order by logging in to your Maje.com account. You cannot check the status of your order unless you have an account. After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information and tracking number.
Processing TimesOrders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day, pending product availability and credit card approval.

Saturday DeliveryAt this time we are unable to deliver on Saturdays.
