You are able to cancel your order if your order status is “in process”. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it. You can also contact us by phone at 212.510.8390 for help in canceling your order.
To view the status of your order, please log into your customer account at maje.com. To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number and information, to shopmajeusa@maje.com.
At this time, maje.com does not offer price adjustments.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Maje.com account. You cannot check the status of your order unless you have an account. After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information and tracking number.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day, pending product availability and credit card approval.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
At this time we are unable to deliver on Saturdays.

Merchandise (including sale merchandise) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. We will accept returns for items in their original and unwashed condition, all tags attached, and a copy of the original invoice. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box in its original condition.
Upon receipt of returned goods, maje.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for return merchandise are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We will charge an $8 fee when you use our pre-paid return label.
